If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the beads in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
